Account recovery (Forgot password)
- Open the app → Sign in screen
- Enter your email
- Tap Forgot password?
- Open the reset email on the same device
- Tap the link → it will open the app and let you set a new password
Notifications troubleshooting
- Make sure notifications are allowed in Android Settings.
- If you recently changed notification channels, uninstall + reinstall the app.
- Make sure battery optimization isn’t blocking background notifications.
